West Michigan
Went to Menards for a few things today and figured I'd see if they had any pellets. For the first time that I recall in West Michigan, they were Somersets. There was one pallet if them out back with some damaged bags on top.

I was able to find a half ton of good bags on that skid. For 3.50 a bag I couldn't pass them up, especially since winter doesn't seem to want to end here.

There are still a few ton of Michigan pellets there if anyone is desperate. :)

In Menards latest weekly flyer they were selling an item (forgot what item was:() for $4 ea., limit of 5.

Send in rebate slip and you will receive $5 back for ea. item bought. So if you buy 5 of the items, it will cost you $20 total and they will send you back $25. Get all your money back plus $1 per item more. Money is in form of a credit merchandise check.
So you can take that $25 and buy some Menard pellets.
I'm a Menard-O-Holic.

Yea I have many many tools that were free after rebates from Menards. If nothing else I would buy dog food there every month or two grab the flyer and say what shall I get free with my dog food.

I had a rebate check I used today from their 11% off everything sale a couple months back. Ironically the rebate was from the ductwork I bought when I did my furnace install.

Menards is my first choice for most home improvement stuff as its closest to me. Sometimes lumber is a bit sketchy unless you're looking to build a canoe, but digging through the pile will usually net you enough straight ones to finish the job.

I'm hoping that they keep stocking Somerset or anything other than Michigans next fall.

All 3 of the ones around me have Somersets. The Sandusky store has been known to carry Magic Sparks a time or two. But those are rebagged Pro Pellets, and an awesome pellet for $174.50 a ton. I prefer Somersets. But Pro pellet/Sparks are fine too ;)

I don't see pellets in your truck bed, I see GOLD! You stole them at 3.50/bag. Highway robbery!!!! Did you need a posse to bring them home? You MidWest guys have the best pellets and prices and am GREEN with envy!

Posse? Nah. I guess I'm just lucky. I just as soon be lucky as good. But, when you're good AND lucky... :)
