Hearth Mistress

Minister of Fire
I just happened to be on the website of a band I've followed since college called "Cake" and surfing their site, they had this video posted and I had to share....Celine Dion singing AC/DC "Shook Me All Night Long" never would have thought she'd do that! Her air guitar and hopping around the stage (in those sky high heels) was worth the watch.

I'm now thinking of other weird cover combinations!

I just thought of another one!

Tori Amos covers Eminem, supossidly a fantasy song about him killing his then estranged wife and throwing her in the ocean. His version is angry and down right scary. Tori sings it like a deranged lullaby. Strange for sure!

Lil Sam and Dave cover.

Johnny nailed it. Haunting yet moving

Love NIN! Great job to Johnny! Sounds a little like Leonard Cohen too, another one of my favorites :)

I've always liked Donovan (Hurdy Gurdy Man blows my mind)...but Mr. Stills has super powers on the guitar...to think, the only reason stills apears on this record was because Bloomfied didn't show on the second day of recording, so Mr. Kooper gave Stephen a call. All tracks recorded live in studio except the horns, added later.
