Ok pellets heads here's an odd ball

5" diameter masonry adapted natural draft pellet boiler...hmmmm image.jpg

Give us a few more details. Is that the chimney behind the cinder block? Does it have a liner?
 
looks a bit like a Saturn 5.
 
looks like a tee with a baro damper as well? hm....quite the pipe reduction as well....what's the exhaust outlet size? Im thinking re-pipe or run away....
 
It's gotta all be done with 5". Don't have 18 to the Sheetrock above, 5" liner that was installed doesn't have an extension snout or an access to clean the vent from below via the clean out. Going to have to use stainless ridgid single wall from the boiler cause I cannot find a double wall 5" unless I go to class A, that becomes difficult to transition into a liner not mention expensive! Also going to needs a custom masonry adapter/ anchor, needs barometric damper....urg!? One thing for sure, it will be tricky.
