i normally would dare buy anything like this..but it was 3.99 a bundle marked down to 1.00 a bundle so i bought 30 of them

Good price....and if you don't need all of them you can whittle them down to toothpicks

Good for those " oops, we let the stove sit too long" times. Already split down just right. I would have jumped on that too.
 
I think I'm reading "Feet Free" on the pkg. What does that mean? What kind of wood is it? (other than the burning kind ;) )

Could also be used for stakes in the garden. You can't get them for a dollar a bundle!
 
Leave them packaged and burn em like cord wood :) - good score
