Just got done doing a big job for a family......(6) 55' to 70' tall locusts, (2) 45' red maples, and the tops off of two tall dead elms......
Well, turns out the homeowners wanted to keep the wood!!
Now all my buds on here KNOW how I am with that locust, man this is just killin' me!! 
I had to climb and top 'em first, it was a close scenario to the house, service wires, and other trees that were being kept.....so I didn't get all the pics that I wanted to get. I'm going to have to get a helmet cam so I can film some of these falls.....it's fun!
Those were the bigger locusts, the biggest one was around 16" diameter at the base, and almost 70' long! Hardly a branch on them, either. Nice, perfect-for-splitting rounds!!
Here's the pile we had to RELUCTANTLY leave behind, I'd say around 1-1 1/2 cord, mostly locust with a little dead and dry elm and some red maple....DAMMIT....walkin' away from that locust...... that was one of the hardest things I ever did!!

Have patience, you will soon forget it as you move on to bigger and better things. Still, 16" and 70' without branches......has to be a bit tough.
