Awesome score Pete. That will keep you warm for awhile. I kind of hate seeing a big black walnut chopped up like that. It looks like there would have been some nice boards in there. Oh well, maybe find a local bowl turner and see if he will turn some bowls for you in exchange for a few extra rounds.

The amazing thing is the tree was so big she sold the lower portion and I got what was left 6 loads total the other day. as soon as the rain stopped I hit it again.

Hmmm...musta been something in the air. I gotz some walnut on Sat. as well. Delivered with forks on a loader tractor from the farm next door.
