I just restored an upland 207 air-tight stove and the only pieces I am missing are the baffles. I found one on line but by the time its shipped I am near $200. If anyone has this model stove and are willing to send me some pictures of both baffles as well as dimensions or know of any available at a decent price I would greatly appreciate it.

Just looking for the dimensions to have them cut and made out of stainless. Also I am only able to open that forum from the link you sent me. Thanks

Make a good cardboard template first. That will help assure a good fit.

Yes, I would do as BG mentions.......or, use some very thin sheet metal like a piece of alum siding or broil foil and mock the piece up. The shape will be almost exactly as I laid out here - also, you can see in the pic of the actual cast baffle that one corner must be cut out - that's where it goes against the end of the stove so it can go around the joint with the threaded rod and furnace cement, etc.

I may have mentioned this before, but instead of two baffles you could make just one....and bring it maybe 3/4 of the way across the stove (from the far wall toward the draft control end).

But, yeah, if it were me I'd be out at the stove mocking it up using cardboard or scrap aluminum siding, etc.
Even if you had the dimensions of the cast one, that would be harder to copy in sheet metal.

I would think about making it/them from 1/4" plate steel. A lot cheaper and more resistant to warping. Stainless thick enough to not warp so much is gonna cost ya more than the purchased ones.
