I wish our state had these things. I would jump on that in a heartbeat!
 
Maine just passed a new set of incentives for renewables, basically tying to get folks off of #2 heating oil.

Plus Les Otten (Maine Energy Systems) needs the subsidies to stay in business. They have installed quite few systems in Berlin NH (not that far from their headquarters in Bethel Me) as all the federal, state and local incentives knock down the $15K plus price to reasonable.
 
You might be able to still apply for it. It's worth a try. I know there were incentives in 2007 and 2009 but not in 2008, when I bought mine.
 
seems to be gone already... or Im blind I saw it when you originally posted the link but now find no mention of it.
 
It looks like all the rebates have been spoken for.....

Maybe..

Id be surprised they change the details of these overnight sometimes or they made a error.

They had a electric hot water tank rebate once that said the tank had to be .98 Efficiency Factor. I called and asked if it was a mistake as no such tank existed a couple days later the rebate was gone.
