Well it was a long road and a lot off work. But thanks to his forum i got it all most done a little trim work around the mantle and i hope it will be a rap. Did a little break in fire just now and no problems it's 72 degrees out and had a good draft.Hope the pics come out.

Thanks Guys, I don't post much but been lurking on here the last couple years. I heated the last nine years with a pellet stove so this will be a learning curve. I put 3/4 plywood, 1" Hardie Backer then the tile. I could not get the 6" liner down the chimney so i had to sell it at a big loss, I bought the Flexking Pro 5.5 and glad i did, you can tell it's really a high quality liner and it is really smooth inside.

I'm in the boat also, new stove installed and waiting on some lower temps.
