Hi,

Trying to find out what make/model a stove is that my Mom has.

I have looked all over this stove and can not find any name at all, the only sticker on this is the one on the front below the door and is the warning about cleaning the stove pipe.

Isn't this an old Englander stove?

Looks like an Englander 25-PDV pellet stove.

I'll move this to the pellet forum for more info.

Englander of some sort.

The Englander 25-PDV says it is an auto start and has a digital panel, this one does not have any kind of auto start and there is no digital readout of any kind.

I am now trying to look at the Englander stoves and see if I can find on like it.

Thanks
Michael Grace

I believe that the early PDV and PDVC didn't have the auto start and I think I remember Mike H. saying something about the door handles of the early stove being in an upward position like that one is.

yep looks like an old pdv.post a pic of the controls.should have old style analog controls with 2 knobs.i just looked at one and had a hard time reading the label on it.best i could tell for age was either 1985 or 1995

I think they went to digital around 2001 or somewhere in there. It is an ESW stove. With grey hair.

Hello

I just helped a customer update a 1996 25-PDV with the knob control panel to a new digital panel. Englander burned the chips for me and supplied the jumper to connect the 2 - 140 CFM room blowers to the terminals on the control panel for 1 room blower. Nice to know that if you get that stove cheap for only $200 you can go digital! ! ! :)

After doing a lot of looking I think it is an older Englander 25-PDV.

Don2222 how hard was it to do the upgrade on that 1996 25-PDV with the knob control panel to a new digital panel?

I am trying to set-up this stove or get a new one for my 71 year old mother, we got this for $125.00, was told it was working but I am beginning to doubt whether it is or not, I think it might be missing one of the 2 140 CFM room blowers.

Would you have any diagrams/schematics or know where I can get them for this stove?

Thank You
Michael Grace
