Ok, dont hate me, but its dark here and i dont have a pic BUT.. Any guesses on a round that the wood looks to have a cinnamon color to it, with darker brown rings....? The bark is smooth and looks like thin plywood veneer. I will try to post a pic tomorrow. (PICS POSTED!!!!)It is very dense and my 5 ton splitter wont split it unless the round is cut less than 8 inches thick. Oh and also, I have posted some pics of wood from a tree, that was relatively small that my neighbor asked me to cut down for her, The wood once split is very yellow in the center with a white border near the bark. Someone said it was Mulberry, but i have no idea , so thats qwhy i am asking the experts

They are honey locust. The ID wood could be many things. Mulberry maybe. Bark is a mystery. Try to get a pic.

Your pics are too close for me. Back up some, 3-4 ft away. Sorry

Ok here is another pic of the brown "cinnamon" wood as i call it, And a pic of the leaves from the tree i cut down

does this tree form long thin seed pods in spring?

I agree the ones with the yellow inside look like Mulberry; the top two with the more brownish-ends and different bark look more like Mimosa. Looks like you have two different woods there....
