I'm glad the install worked out! Honestly.... I'd try it without a blower and see how it does. Do you have a ceiling fan in the area? They do way more work than a stove blower does. That said.... I have a ceiling fan in my A-Frame and it alone spreads more heat than a convection blower could pretend to. I'd try it without for a bit.
Is the snap disc making a good connection to the stove body? Have you tried running a jumper wire between the wires that attach to the snap disc? It could be the temp sensor. I'd check that before you go off and buy a blower. You can also test the blower on 110 at the motor to see if it's a wiring problem but that's rare.

Check the snap disc before you buy a new fan, and try it without.....

Just a thought, how hot did you get the fire? It sometimes take a really established fire to kick it on.

image.jpg image.jpg I got the fire to about 450-500 or so. The insert has 2 blowers, a left and right side. The left side blower kicked on but the right did not. I took it out and checked it out today and it looks like on the right prong where it makes the electrical connection that it is no longer connected to the tiny copper wire. Can this just be soldered? If not ill def just order it. It putting out some great heat already not pushing it to hard and of course it will get better after I learn the stove a little more. Check out the finished pics. Sorry for crappy quality, took them with the iPad. Any tips or trick on longer burn times and how hot to get the stove and let it cruise are much appreciated

It looks like it belongs there! You should be able to solder the wire back on if indeed that is the problem. If there are other problems you'll know after you try the blower again.

Think I'd want to contact the PO first and see what he knows about it, in case something's shorted out or whatever, or if you can't do that, then thoroughly check it electrically before doing anything.
