I calculated awhile back that I used $1600-1700 in natural gas last year in our new (old) house. That includes a boiler, water heater, and stove.

Here is how I look thus far, I plan to keep it flat lined! :p

I hope you can. Good luck. With the BK you have a darn good chance for sure although the water heater can still be a player. The cooking stove not as much.
 
Yes,the water heater will continue to chew a bit, nothing I can do about that, but I will be looking to keep the stove primary and the NG boiler secondary. Unfortunately the wife forced me to light the pilot light this evening. haha.
