I believe you will have to find a vermont castings stove dealer with questions. It seems near to impossible to speak with anyone directly.
 
I think you are right. I have looked up a couple dealers in Vermont who will hopefully be able to help me. Thanks for the reply. James
 
What are you hoping to accomplish by contacting them? Do you need parts?
 
Yes I am after parts for a Vermont Vigilant.. A primary air tube and various other smaller pieces. There aren't many around in the uk unfortunately!
