Englander 25-pdvc igniter trouble

Have a bad igniter. resistance is nothing on the meter. board puts out 120v when stove is started. igniter never even gets warm.

Ok so now for its replacement, and here my question. what should the wattage of the new one be? Theres nothing stamped on the igniter itself except that its 3/8 inches.
It measures 5 inches long. will grainger part #4NJG4 work? the stove was manufactured 2006. If the wattage is correct it seems to be a direct fit if i use the old collar.

So, anyone know what the wattage is supposed to be of a 2006 25 pdvc igniter?

Should the igniter be setting back on the hole.Or sticking in the burn pot area.
 
I just see this very small glow.I can feel a little heat.Thats it.Its a refurb unit.

You won't be able to feel the heat, because the hot air is only pulled into the firebox when the door is closed. If you can see the glow the igniter is working. Failure to ignite could be caused by the igniter positioned too far forward, an air leak (such as a door gasket leak) or a bad combustion blower. I'm sure there are other faults that can contribute to failure to ignite, but that is where I would start.
 
I mix the pellets in hand sanitizer and she lights up and goes from there.I will check some of those.Thanks
