Anyone have trouble on a ep25 with the pellets not sliding down the walls to the auger. They just tunnel down the middle and then the fire goes out. The pellets around the outside never cave in.

Try polishing the inside of your hopper a bit with 0000 steel wool. Vacuum out the dust afterwards.

Common problem. Smooth it up like above. Avoid using flammable oils as lubes. Me, I keep a big spoon near by and move them in between fillups.

Same problem on my Whitfield. I cleaned with fine Scotchbrite and then waxed with auto wax. Helped quite a bit, plus I knock down any remaining lumps before I refill.

After you scuff it with steel wool, wipe it down with spray silicone on a cloth

I am fortunate not to experianced that yet, and I am not familar with the ep25. I have seen a tech guy buffing down the seams with a air grinder at a store once to solve that priblem. not sure as to how well that worked, but he had it pretty smooth.

Use foil tape on the seams if that's the issue. Keep it FLAT and wipe the area down with alcohol first to ensure proper adhesion. No, not tequila.

If the inside has some paint on it, it's best to remove the paint down to the metal. You need to get it as smooth as possible. I rub wax paper on it once in a while and it's good to go for a while. By design though, you will never get all the pellets to feed all the way down....it's just the nature of these beasts.
