2013 Harman Accentra 52i have burned about 20bags of hammers so far and gave it a good cleaning.Cleaned the holes out in the burnpot. Took off the cover on the bottom and exhaust fan cover and vacced out not much ash there.put both covers on and plates back in, empty ash pan. Got home from work there was a large mound of not burned all the way pellets in the ashpan.Cleaned the ashpan and scaped burn pot checked feed setting which was same 3.5 woke up this morning same thing, not fully burned pellets in ash pan and at edge of burn pot, lazy flame. The stove is not burning the pellets all the way to ash and seems to be over feeding.Any advice ?

Is the stove seated correctly in the frame? Did you remove the feeder access? If so make sure that is seated correctly. Sounds as if it is not.

Do you clean out the stove pipe? See other posts about using a Lint Cleaner. I noticed a lazy flame last night after a 1/2 ton on MWP and I am going to ream the stove pipe with the Lint Cleaner and my drill this weekend.

I had the exact issue with my P35i, it was due to an exhaust plate not being seated properly. I know your stove is much different inside but I would go back and make sure everything that was moved for cleaning is the same as before cleaning. An eighth of an inch can make all the difference

I WILL CHECK THE *EXHAUST PLATE* WHEN I GET HOME. AS FAR AS THE STOVE PIPE IT ONLY HAS 20BAGS OF PELLETS THREW IT. AND I DID NOT REMOVE STOVE FROM FRAME OR REMOVE FEED ACCESS WHEN CLEANING WAS DONE.THANKS TO ALL FOR FEED BACK

Thanks for posting. I'll be watching all the responses since I just finished installing mine, Waiting until Sunday to start up for the first time when a pro comes over with his meter to check the draft and all. Have you figured out the best way to run it when it is running okay?

Glad to have helped, just enjoy the hell out of your stove! If it is the porcelain edition I have a large case of stove envy! I was just too cheap to spend! and I don't need that big of a stove.
