Thought I'd post an early review of the CC. Installed earlier this year and have been heating a 2300 sqft century old farmhouse with a recent addition. The stove sits in the new addition in a kitchen with 18 ft ceilings which makes moving heat to the "old" house difficult. Have to say, I love playing with fans and this thing is now heating my entire house. It's a great stove. Incredibly responsive to air input and I love the huge firebox. I have the blower and it's quiet and works well. The glass is clear as a bell after 3 months of use. I'm watching closely for cracks as have been reported by members of this board. Luckily, so far I've avoided them.

Only a century old? ;)

Well done, sir. Here you go. Forgive the fact that I haven't painted yet. Removing 15 year old wallpaper was not fun and I need a rest.

The CC is a very handsome, clean burning stove. Best of luck with it.

Four months in with some really cold overnight temps. The Cape Cod has been a strong heater. I've checked it for cracks regularly and, luckily, haven't had a problem. I'm hoping Woody Stover's issue was isolated, but am going to keep an eye on it. Right now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stove. Heats like a SOB, looks great and is easily adjustable.

It is a very respectable heater! I do think the crack was an isolated issue. Enjoy
