VERY impressed. Both buildings WARM with NO oil assist. Loaded over 1000 lbs in hopper last night and moved my last ton from garage to basement. Gonna do an inventory tonight but its looking like 21/2 tons burned

Yup, running fine! Hopefully, my bulk hopper will be delivered this weekend!
Your gonna love it. I think they over rate the total capacity ...it will hold 1000 lbs easy. are you building it?

Got the Harman hopper but I will be doing the assembly. Saw you put wheels on yours and I am thinking of doing the same. However, instead on putting a wheel on each leg I was thinking of making a dolly that the whole thing could sit on since I don't have a welder if needed to put a plate on each leg for the wheels. Even if it only holds 1000 lbs the hopper will let me go away for a few days and leave the pellet boiler running. Now I have to switch over to oil or heat pumps. The pellet boiler is in a pole barn 100 feet from the house so if it gets real cold I keep water moving through the lines even if I am not using pellet heat.

Pay attention to the detail around the shoot (for filling pails) where it hooks into the bottom . Also I silicone ed all the connections as It is to be air tight.
