Found one on craigslist but idk what is a fair price. It looks like there are several satisfied owners by looking at the stove ratings on here so what do you think?

Just a thought, if it is priced right it will be gone by the time you get some answers to your question on here. Just saying...

Finding a good deal on CL is all about timing.

I usually use searchtempest and find what the going price is of a stove within 300 miles to get an idea of what it is worth.

I just got a good deal on a brown enamel bout $2500....I saw one on C.L. for 2100...I guess depending on condition anywhere from 1500-2k.....or how bad they want to sell it....great stove...5 to 6 hrs burn time with good wood..

I sold my 2005 model heritage, flat black, for 1800 on CL two years ago in the summer.

After 25 cords pushed through it I decided that it wasn't a durable enough stove and not suited for long term primary heating. Sure looks good though and always performed as advertised.

$3500? Really? Wow, for once I bought something before it became ridiculously expensive.
