Hard to do? I saw gasket strips at TSC and on one of my stoves a corner is fraying around the door latch....Not an emergency but I should replace this year....is this a big task I should have a tech do, or can I attempt myself?

I replaced the door and glass gasket at the same time.
I purchased the gaskets and adhesive from a Forum members website. simply removed the old gasket (cool the stove) and clean the gasket surface well (scrape off any old adhesive).
Cut your new gasket to length, apply adhesive to the door surface and clamp on the new gasket to the door, wait for the adhesive to cure b4 you relight the stove.

For ease of access and what not, you should take the door off but its not 100% needed.
My door was off at the time because I stripped the whole stove apart for repainting and cleaning
