Just got her yesterday.Traded in a invro top feeder. What a difference !I can say so far I love this stove and I know it's early but my researched has payed off.Had her on stove temp then at night put at room.Turn her off during day when we wrk and daughter in school.The tech who installed had a real passion for harman and was showing me everything and more I can ask for.money is tight took me a year to save.Was nervous I didn't do the new accentra. Glad I did the p35i fit great in the insert and knock on wood have my 1 inch ash and thus far extremely impressed with the Harman!

Have you seen the flameguide and side panel updates they have done since 2011? I bought the new flame guide and am going to buy the new side panels. They now are grooved so that you do not have to completely remove the wing nut to remove them.
 
I bought the new flameguard. I didn't know about the side panel improvements; it's always a chore searching around to get the wingnut in the hole.

That's what the tech was telling me.every year harman improves from previous complaints.With mine he noticed he can tack the from door off easily. When he was wheeling it from the driveway to the house.He was like wow harman never stops amazing me lol
