Any idea what to do with all theses pellet bags ? Our local recyling center does not accept them.

Often supermarkets and the Big Box home stores have bins for bag recycling. Though you might not want to take them all at once. :)

They make great trash can liners.

Use them instead of purchased garbage bags - they are a lot heavier plastic and not as prone to breakage.

Same here and the surplus goes to my sister-in-law.
She breeds dogs and loves them for the kennel.;sick

I just roll up and stuff about 15 or so in one that I opened the top on and then into the trash. I don't know why they don't print a recycling logo on the bags. I thought that was a requirement.

We use them in our kitchen garbage bin. Roll down the top edge a turn or two and its a perfect fit. When full we staple the top closed and take out to the trash cans. Saving even more on pellet heat this way, rather than buying plastic kitchen trash bags.

There is a place in Ludlow, MA that takes them as a recycling item

Be very careful doing this as the pellet bags are full of small holes and will leak and the last thing you want is smelly garbage liquid leaking form that cheap garbage bag.

As recycle bags they are ideal, in fact you can fill them with regular recycle stuff and a few extra pellet bags.

I burn O'malley pellets. The company has a big ol' recyling symbol on the front

Sadly most recycling centers don't take the bags even though they are the same as grocery bags

Some aren't getting with the program I guess, mine which is a regional one does and some of the stores here also will take them. But how many at a time I don't know.

They also can make a decent item to put under mulch since water will go through them and into the ground.
