temp. lower on higher setting 25PDV

While I don't have that particular stove, having a higher fan speed will produce a lower temp because heat is being pulled from the stove at a faster rate. But because that's what we desire (heat distributed from the stove to the air) it's a good thing.

The higher stove setting may not increase pellet feed rate enough to compensate for the higher fan speed, OR it may just be that the additional heat is not captured and is just going "up the chimney". I find that if I increase my damper setting at a given feed rate too much I get a large flame, but a lower temp at the convection blower. It's all a balance...
