This stove was running great. Recently cleaned. It burned through a full hopper and went out while I was away yesterday. I refilled it and hit the on switch and and 10-15 seconds later it goes into shut down with light blinking!
Anybody got an idea whats wrong? I tried disconnecting power. checked all doors. lit some pellets by hand in firebox. nothing works so far.
 
Sounds like it ran out of pellets. Now you'll have to run the auger until it picks up pellets and drops them down the chute. On the control panel, push and hold the auger button. (not the auger trim button) The auger will run continuously as long as you hold it. It will take quite a while but eventually you'll see the pellets start to drop. Then you should be good to go.

Thanks Chandler BUT you can't run the auger until the stove is on (about 15 seconds) but stove shuts off in about 12 seconds after pressing the on button.
 
Is the exhaust fan starting? If the safety circuit is not closing, the vacuum switch (I think) the stove won't continue the startup. Vacuum seems to be a major issue with this stove because its hard to clean properly.

I have run out of pellets before and, yes, I pushed the start button then help the auger button to fill the auger flites with pellets and the unit continued to run until the pellets started falling. I think Bioburner has a valid point. I'm sorry I didn't pick up on the 12 second statement. I think if the fan starts then it could be a vacuum issue, It's easy to check the hose to the vacuum switch. Anywhere air can be leaking in can cause a lack of negative air and the vacuum switch wouldn't pull in making the stove think the door is open or the exhaust fan isn't running. You can jump the vac switch and see if the unit continues to run, then it's time to check for air leaks ect.

Jumpered vacuum switch line and stove will now stay on. Oddly igniter did not come on. Manually lit the firebox and all is good. Now have to figure out why vacuum switch is open.

Bill, now you have to figure out why the switch didn't pull in. Could it be the switch? It has a diaphragm that could be bad and you can test that and the switch with a multimeter. Check for continuity while GENTLY sucking on the hose. If you don't get continuity while doing that, you'll need another vacuum switch assy. If that is ok then that leaves a clog in the line, a hole in the line, or an air leak in the stove. If you pull the line off the switch, blow on it to see if it is clear into the stove. If not, then pull the line off where it goes into the back of the firebox and use a paperclip or something to clear the hole. If all that is good then you need to do the dollar bill test on the door and the ash pan door. Good luck!
