Anyone try the pellets from lowes with the huge American flag on the bag?

next time take out your cell phone and take a picture of the whole bag and then another one of the barcode . you'd be surprised what that barcode can reveal .

Hello

Was there a foul oder coming from the bags? Sounds like International Forestry Products made in Rumford RI?

Here is a review and a nice video.

Just grabbed 5 bags. I'm new to pellets but they smell like pine. Been burning just fine in the p61.

Watch them after a bag or two then make your decision, I would stay away from them but JMOP and do not want to offend anyone.

They are also bagged in a similar white bag with flag and also have a "flavor" (bag) called INFERNO.

READ THE BAG AS THEY COME FROM THE SAME PLACE IN RI........

I'd stay away from them both. They are made by the same company in Rumford, R.I. The wood is comeing from recycled wood pallets and scrap wood. I've tried them both and was not very happy with either one. Both produced large very hard clinkers. Which is probably produced because of contaminates such as sheet rock dust and nails. This is what I found on the web.

National Choice Bio Fuels Industries Ltd. and its’ partners produce high quality solid wood bio fuel pellets derived from waste and residual wood, that would have otherwise ended up in B.C.'s landfills, or burnt at roadside. By recovering and redirecting wood residue from landfills
