After hours and hours of narrowing it down to 3 inserts. I have come up with the below mentioned. Which would you choose and why? Home is 2200sqft Colonial. Exterior mason chimney 25' run. Stove will be located in living room on exterior wall. Looking to heat about 1500sqft as I know heating the basement will not be possible.

Kuma Ashford: $1949.00+$1350 for install with 2ply smooth wall liner. $3299 Total
Napolean 1402: $2750 installed with 2ply Smooth wall liner.
Osburn 2400: $2100 With free log splitter (5Ton electric) $1350 install with 2ply smooth wall liner. $3450

Thanks everyone for their input. I would also entertain other brand stoves.

Cheers!

Depending on your location, I'd pick the biggest one that sticks out the most...if it clearance to combustibles is not an issue. That looks to be the Osburn. Others will chime...

Sorry located in Connecticut. Clearance to combustibles is not an issue as it is a total rebuild.

For 1500 sqft, the biggest one for sure.....
