Got the following email for a post in a watched thread but the post in the thread was missing the first paragraph?:

I have it in manual now so the fire won't go out. I contacted Harman and they said to contact a dealer. Problem is my dealer went belly up 3 years ago and Harman still gave me a full warrantee. The only problem is getting to use it. People don't want to have anything to do with me.
I found a company out by the Cape that is willing to deal with me. Said a new controller would be $189! Told them I wanted to see what it was going to go for under warrantee. They said it would take 4 weeks! I went to eBay and got one for $58 brand new, exactly the same. Should be here Monday or Tuesday.
Thiefs! So much for a warranty until August 2014!
