Wood boiler tie in causing annoying noise

When tying the wood boiler storage into existing heating system I took the easiest route. I was told this would not be the best way. But at this point re doing the oil boiler plumbing was to much, and I was told keeping the 26 year old boiler warm might not be a bad idea. System has been up and running for two months now and I would love to reduce the cavitation noise. The storage tank to heating system circulator is located behind the oil boiler Grunfos 15-58, the two house circulators are Taco 009's one for baseboards one for floor radiant. The 15-58 runs near silent alone but as the 009's come on a cavitation noise develops. The noise is not all that bad but less noise would be great. Any idea's would be great, Thanks

They are 38" apart, a small amtrol #30 at the oil boiler, and two amtrol SX110's next to 1000 gal. pressurized storage tank. The way this is plumbed is supply from garage has a tee near storage tank to feed house or storage. The storage tank has it's return to garage, this has the expansion tanks tee'd in. The house and boiler return go to the storage tank separate. Pressure seems equal at garage gauge and house gauge around 15psi as a low to 20psi when at max temp.So expansion tank is about 20' away but not piped 20' away if that makes sence. My installation tread is "DIY Froling install" if pic's there help any. Thanks

I built the house 26 years ago, the noise is new, not as loud as the oil boiler running before wood boiler install. The noise does have a vibration, or turbulant sound when you put your ear next to the pipe. Seems all the copper amplifies the noise. Could the noise be the water introduced into the flow of the 15-58 cause a turbulant situation at the tee. The original circulator was a Taco 0010 which I swapped out for the 15-58 did't change anything.

The tiny tubing is 3/8 pex which supplies radiant wall baseboards, the larger is 5/8 pex supplying the floor radiant. Both 009's are on the return side and the 15-58 is behind the boiler supplying from the storage tank. The 15-58 connects only to the one side, but all the flow is going to the return of the oil boiler. Supply temp doesn't exceed 180* at which is 20psi, and there is a second floor. My gut feeling is the noise was always there just not as loud, seems to be amplified by all the 1.5" copper, around 180' total, running the length of the house. When I disconnect the power from the 15-58 noise does not change at all, reconnect and take both 009's off and I have near silence. Possible things to try ? 1) move expansion tanks closer to circulators 2) move 009's to the supply side and push the water threw.
