I don't know squat about Cumberlands but if they use a regular thermostat, then the SkyTech will just hook onto the two terminals supplied for a wired thermostat. No big deal. Just hook the two wires from the receiver box to those terminals and you're good to go. It's just a contact closing in the box.
 
Your manual shows two screws on the back of your stove for a thermostat. Look at page 10. 5301P receiver connects quick and easy. Make sure you read the manual from Skytech on how to program it.

"The MF Parlor Stove can be run thermostatically by purchasing
any thermostat (sold separately) that uses a mechanical switch.
This step is optional and not required for MF Parlor Stove to
operate. Mount thermostat according to manufacturer specifications.
Using a small flat head screwdriver, tighten remote thermostat
wires into pins 7 and 8. see FIGUre 9."
