The status light was originally blinking 3 times. Bought a new esp probe and installed that no problem. Had feed rate turned up high and the flame kept getting lower. The stove wasn't feeding pellets. Finally just turned it off. We are headed for cold here in MA. Any thoughts?

Auger jam or auger motor crapped out. Are pellets bridged in the hopper? Slide plate functioning?

Fines box clean? Try check to see if auger is feeding properly when in test mode. Done the dollar bill test on door gaskets lately?

door gasket is going - can tell by the soot deposit on the glass. fines box was filthy and packed. slide plate fine and pellets normal in the hopper.

Did you put the stove into test mode and see if getting a good pellet feed? I had once something in the auger flights that caused a meager amount pellets to feed. If the gaskets are going, you may get them by for a short time by carefully squeezing them with a pliers to bulk them up till you get them replaced. Intermittent feed can be because of vacuum switch not keeping the feed circuit happy as the stove warms and the door expands etc
