Would greatly appreciated any help . i have only had the stove 2 weeks , when first starting we got error 11, so the company sent me a gasket to replace in door. so we tried again then draft fan light is flashing and it went back into error 11. any suggestions on what to do?

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear of your troubles. Seems to be a few that have had issues...

Just checked the manual on-line - there is no error code 11! Has the stove been burning for any length of time? What were conditions before problem started? Do you have a surge protector and CO monitor?

What is your venting set up (elbows, length of vertical and horizontal)? Do you have an OAK (outside air kit)? Where is it located in your house (upstairs, basement)? If in the basement, could be competing with furnace, dryer, etc. for air if it doesn't have an OAK.

Unplug the stove first. Apparently there is a fuse for the draft fan, check to make sure it hasn't blown. You might also want to check that there is no ash in the vacuum switch line. You can check the vacuum switch by disconnecting the tube near the combustion blower. Suck on the vacuum tube and you should hear the switch click. Make sure door and hopper closed so switches engage.

Use the search feature above to read through forum for discussions on the King 5510 ... Hopefully others will chime in. Good luck!

That is a good start lake girl! I think that the 5510 and the 5500m share a lot of similarities so I will aid in any way I can. I agree in the manual does not have a error 11 listed. If you could post a picture of the control panel with the error that could help.

error 11 is vacuum issue. I don't have an oak and the, stove is not located in a basement. The venting, is out the wall with vertical pipe just like in manual

Also you can run the, stove after the error 11 comes on but you have to reset the stove and then the, pellets don't seem to burn very well. Emptying the burn pot twice a, day and have them aren't burning at, all or thrown out to the, side

Since you're having troubles I imagine furnace is still running. Cold air return in/near room where stove is? An OAK would improve air for combustion and reduces room draftiness.

Fan may not be receiving appropriate voltage from board - think I've seen this issue as well. Search previous threads...
