I have 2 harman p38s the one I just picked up used has 2 firebricks behind the burn pot standing vertical has anyone seen this setup? The person I purchased from said a service tech installed them that way

I can't comment on the P38, as I don't own one. That said, my P68 has three firebricks, and that's how it came, when new.

The P38 uses 1 fire brick installed horizontally. 2 installed vertically is fine. Prob makes it look a bit more robust. Thought about doing that "mod" to mine;)
