Actually that was exactly what I thought when I first saw it! Open inverted headers, an it didn't even look like that guy was wearing earplugs! Ouch.Looks quite "nimble".
My neighbors would love that thing. I could run it around midnight.
Maybe it would drown out the noise from their barking dog. Hmm.
