I have a pellet furnace that typically runs well but for some reason the fan for combustion turn of and then the furnace has a lazy flame. It kicks back on after a while but I don't get why it doesn't keep running

Combustion or convection fan? Stove should be shutting down if the combustion fan stops running. When was the last time the internal exhaust and combustion fan blades were cleaned? Most stoves require new gaskets when you pull the combustion blower so get one in advance...

tstat should have pellets stop dropping then the flame goes out then after it cools the fan should stop, sounds like a limit switch issue

I took the fan out yesterday and cleaned the fan well and replaced the gaskets. Still has the issue.

I would contact the tech support at your manufacture. They have a link on their website for email. I have used it a few times as I just installed my Endurance 50 this winter. They are great in getting back to you.

Thank you for the info.
I have been working with Matt over at the Manufacturer and he has been very responsive.
Seems I have a few items to replace on my stove
