what are the average burn times for a Clydesdale? Also I would love to know what people think of them in general

parents bought one last year. great stove. blower fan went out two months ago. took the dealer almost a month to replace it. he kept blaming the delay on hearthstone but i'm not sure i believe him. other that that, it's been really good.
