I have a 2005 Quadra fire santa fe, which stop feeding pellets. I hooked up the auger motor direct and it runs fine, I jumped all snap disks. I have only 85 volts feeding the auger. I checked for 120 volts going into control and there is 125 Volts The red wire coming out of the control going into vacuum switch is 85 volts. Is this indicative of a bad controller? If I add pellets by hand everything works fine.
Thank You

Is it not feeding at all or stops after the start up sequence? The vacuum line might need to be blown out and the nipple cleaned of a blockage at the pellet chute and check the vacuum switch to make sure it works correctly would be the next checkpoints.

I am sorry for not being more helpful. I have been running like a chicken with my head cut off lately. I am glad it is fixed though.
