Big storm coming in Tuesday night. I've heard forecasts ranging anywhere for a couple inches to a couple feet of snow. Somehow I suspect this will not help the pellet shortage.

I live down by the Cape. For my area they are calling for a storm dropping 8-12 or 12 -20+. It all depends on the track of the storm. But we are going to see some cold air returning in the next couple of days. If we do get it. I'm hopeing that it will be light fluffy stuff so when it does warm up. It will melt quicker. But if it is the heavy wet stuff it will cause a lot of damage to both trees and wires. So far we have lucked out this winter. We did get a lot of snow. But thankfully it was light and fluffy. So no major power losses any were. I've kept my generator at the ready all winter long and hopeing I will not need it when this storm hits. I live in a senior area and I'm the only one with a generator. If we loss power I think I will become very popular.

Not sure about the Mass area but here in CT the weather AFTER the storm, that is next Saturday and Sunday, looks like temps in the 50s and rain. Bring on the mud season.

Here in central MA we have mid and upper 50's forecasted in the days that follow the storm.

Sun is strong whatever comes will be a melted memory in a few days!!, we need the moisture!

I just lookat at a weather site called Weather Space. They say once this storm gets wound up it will have the same barometric pressure as a cat 3 hurricane
BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: Nor’easter This Week Forecast Surface Pressure Equivalent To Category Three Hurricane

Eastern Long Island gonna get hit too. The few crocuses coming out in my parents garden will get a rude welcome.

'noreaster of the decade!!

I live inland and we are forecasted to only get 1-3 inches. It's about time the cape gets hammered and we get off easy. It's usually the other way around.

Actually the Cape got clobbered quite a few times this year while the rest of us, for the most part, got spared.

Those are the exception.
