Snap discs do not control the exhaust blower. Sounds like a control box issue.

OOOOoch
How does the exshaust fan know when to shut down? Is there a timer in the box

Control box has timing circuit for the combustion blower to shut down on turn off and to shut down if thermocouple doesn't send mV reading on startup to signify ignition has happened. I'd bet the control box is in need of replacement.
