Hello all,
I am just looking at a house for sale which is heated with a pellet insert. Problem is I am currently 1000 miles away working and the realtor doesn't have any info. Can you identify this insert? Would love to know if it is really good for +2000 sqft.

From the picture , I would say no auto igniter. There is a butane lighter up on the top. And a bottle of starter fluid down on the left side . Lot of nice work there ,could be done right.

Advantage ll, no igniter, ~35k BTU. Advantage plus has different firebrick and heat outlet.
As primary heat source, will need to be emptied/cleaned daily.

We have the freestanding version of that stove and heat 2400 ft up until it gets below 30
then we add it little brother to help

Great stove, easy to maintain, pretty much can't kill these things

Don't know if that unit is rated zero clearance though so the install may be bunk from the get go, anyone with a manual?
That's one point that should be included in a home inspection - since most of this is occurring at a distance...

Guys you are amazing. Thank you very much! Unfortunatly that house was sold before I could make it back to Nova Scotia. Working on a merchant ship has some limitations. Back to house shopping.

Not enough stove for the sq. footage unless it's a secondary heat source.
