Yep. Russian for me too.

ok...
that;s good.. at least it's nothing screwed up on my end..
something whacky on the're end I assume..
thanks for trying the site for me Tim..
Nice to know I can be good for something.

The reviews on wp.com have always been Greek to me….

That site has been circling the bowl for the past week or so. It's been intermittently back and forth between working normally, and the strange early 90s look with 404 errors in Russian text it has now. Considering the amount of advertising that goes on there, it seems strange that it would be in this weird state for so long, almost like it has been compromised and/or abandoned.

Pretty good analysis....
that site was fine 2 days ago...
I was reading Cheat River pellet reviews.
Always wondered how he[or they] are able to get hold of damn near every brand made from Maine to Oregon.........

I(used to) post reviews there is all!

Member quazi95 is the site owner. My guess is site got hacked like the woodpelletprice site a few years back.

He contributes reviews, but I am pretty sure he does not run the site.

Use to, But stopped due to we didn't see eye to eye on many reviews. Nail in the coffin was when he asked me to reconsider the review I posted on the Mcfeeter's. He like his and thought I should change mine.

IIRC, forum member jtakeman runs that site.

Folks from all over send him pellets to review. He's also the OP of https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/need-some-help-getting-upc-codes-of-the-pellet-bags.113612/

I do not run said site! I do not have people sending me pellets.

Robert Anderson is the sites owner and he does his own reviews. He's getting pellets shipped to him straight from the mills. Probably why his reviews are always good. Special delivery pellets are not what we see on the open market. Nuff said!

My bad. I didn't remember correctly, after all.

The site is back up.

Probably best to continue avoiding it. Many (possibly all) links on the site still result in 404 errors w/Russian text.

For me, Google pops up and asks if I want to go to the last cache page it copied from the site.
