Help identify this "wood heat" stove

Hey all, need help identifying the manufacturer of this stove as to obtain a CO for it. Thanks for any help

The chances of this stove being UL Listed - and you finding any documentation on it - are quite low.

I've been in the biz since 1978 - that stove looks like it was built between 1978-1980, but the manufacturer and/or markings are not familiar to me. If I don't know it, it's doubtful others will....but let's wait and hope!

Thank you, i hope so too but running out of options… if i can't identify it and produce manufacturers install specs, i will be forced to remove it or replace it, even though it has been up and running in this family's home for over 25 years
