Here is our early buy prices. I have to say my dealer is great to work with and is very responsive when there is a problem.

Being on the East Coast, I have never heard of those brands of pellets. But they charge you $40 just so you can buy early? Hopefully those early buy prices are a very good deal. And then if you pay by CC they want to charge an extra 3%. $1500 worth of pellets will cost an extra $45. Again, I hope those prices are very good deal. Are there other benefits? I would love to know how many other dealers charge a membership fee? Again, I'm fairly new to this, so this may be standard practice in most areas. Anyone else pay a membership fee?

If it were me I would look for some less expensive pellets and find a new dealer. Your spending some serious coin trying to maintain a relationship with a dealer. For what?

Personally I think earth sense sucks. If you didn't buy your stove from them then you can join their buyers club for (I think) it's $145 or $200 a year. Sure wouldn't save any money that way

That is why each of us has choices. My experience with them has been outstanding.

You must have bought your stove from them.
