Put a down payment on ashford yesterday, Was really unsure of the stoves ability to heat our 1875sq ft home in Wisconsin, did a lot of talking to people on this site and mentioned my concerns to my dealer he assured me I would be happy with the stove and if I wasn't they would take it back, that sealed the deal, I know five people who have bought there and were very happy with there transaction and they carry a large number of different brand stoves. Thanks to everyone answering my questions.

Awesome! You made a good choice.
Now, its time to start packing wood away!

We got 14 full cords css. in the yard about 2 cords of oak cut last fall, won't be ready this year the rest is all ash and birch wind fall css this spring. Its funny how a cold winter will motivate a wife she has never helped with wood before this year every day off I have had I get " don't you think we should do wood today" after Saturday 70 degrees and lots of bugs I told her its enough. Well till fall anyway.

Thanks, and thanks for your time and advice it has defiantly helped make this decision easier. Maybe I'm weird but processing firewood is almost like a hobby for me I really enjoy it, it must be the more power man thing and seeing those stacks grow gives you quite a sense of accomplishment.

Nice stove choice, I've had my eye on an Ash for a little while now. My stoves a bit undersized, and if we have another winter or two like this past year, there's a good chance I'll be making a change.

Um, I think you'll fit right in around here!:p;lol

Congrats on the Ashford.

Congrats! I'm probably going to get the same one soon. Also from Wisconsin, I'm wondering where you ordered yours and if the place had one in the showroom for viewing. Not many dealers in Wisconsin when it comes to Blaze King.

Snowbelt in Stevens Point 715-341-4328 ask for Adrian it is hooked up in the show room if you phone them ahead of time they will have it burning for you.

Wow, I am really jealous right now, I spent apart of the day looking them up online, and hitting u-tube vidoes of them in action. Let us all know (with pics) how the install went. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhj 873 3nnnhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh888888888888888888
