For $99 I can buy a whole lot of SuperCedars which do the job with less babysitting. Before I started using a chunk of SuperCedar I always used a heat gun. On high heat it started the charcoal quickly.

But can you open a bottle with a supercedar?

why not just buy a MAPP gas torch self starting,this will give you something that can be used for other things at 1/2 the cost,works for me.

This is what I use as well.... Lights my charcoal chimney in about 10-15 seconds.......
