I am not an expert in beetles, but I know there are many types of Longhorned Beetles. It does look like a longhorned beetle but you'll want to confirm it is an Asian longhorned beetle.
 
Great, I thought it was not an ALB as the one you show is pretty common in white pine standa but given the damage that a bad ID could cause, its better to be safe than sorry
