Hello

I found another Pie Warmer - The Classic Quadrafire Contour ! ! ! Luv those stoves!

The Harbor Freight quick change brush kit works great for getting that white calcium deposits out of the Fire Pot air holes.
I also use the same tool to clean up the Loop Ignitor, it fits in the loop very well!

Do you clean and paint your fire box every year or two? It really helps keep the rust down and helps it stay new looking! Also looks nicer during the summer. :)

The 2,000 Deg F VHT Flame Proof Flat Black for car headers works very well!
New Stainless Steel Fire Pot bolts look good, last longer and make for easier removal.
Cutting your own fire pot white Lytherm Gasket is better and cheaper.

Cleaning the Thermocouple white cover with the wire wheel and acetone really perks it up too!

This fire pot reminds me of a Roman torch and Vulcan, the Roman name for the Greek God of Fire - Hephaestus, Son of Zeus (King of the Gods) and husband of Aphrodite (The Godess of Love) ! ! !

See pics of Pot Holes not Potholes! LOL

I am having rust/jamming issues with my Contour firepot and need to remove/recondition the entire mechanism. How do you remove the firepot? I've taken the handle and swinging ash door off but not the firepot. Any suggestions you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
