Not to say that it is ok, but I'll bet that the top ladder is attached to the tree.
 
I think the transition between ladders would put me in cardiac arrest without even falling first.
 
stupidity and brilliance all rolled into one. High grades for creativity but dismal grades for safety. Least he's got a harness .

I'm a house framer and we move adders alot when we sheath the walls.
I cant imagine how hard that was to get that ladder up there, and its fiberglass,... even heavier, albeit only one section of ladder
 
Not the scariest or most unsafe thing I have seen........which is sad :(
 
I keep this around to remind myself of some of the things I've tried, but it seems that some others could benefit from it as well...

Nobody's mentioned the power lines.

For real!
It's hard to tell if the ladder is over or under them, either way the whole set up is insane.
