Okay to put it easy my stove is stuck. I built a rail system myself and me and my dad picked the stove up
and put it up on the unit that I built. I did not plug it in I just wanted to get it off the floor for now and roll it in for the first time because the wifes family was coming over. It rolled in perfect with about an inch or so left to go and then it was a little stuck. We then said lets roll it back a little and check it out and it wouldn't even budge. We were then able to get it in all of the way and lock it in with the two side latches hoping this would fix the problem then we might be able to get it back out this time but that wasn't the case. Nothing appears to be stuck and the wheels seem to be on the track. Yes we did undo the latches on the side. Any Ideas what it could be?
Thanks!!!!

Can't picture it, I thought all 52I had manufacture rails? Did you make a stand for the unit when extended?

Yes I made a stand for the unit when extended and it worked perfect. Now the stove is in all the way and it doesn't want to even start to roll out.

I hate to think, but wonder if your stand was a bit too low or too high and perhaps bent the rails a bit. Perhaps you caught the temp or elec cord? I guess at this point, you have no choice but to bull it out.

Amazing what a electric cord can jam up. Had one stop a stove on casters last week. Weight plus small wheels equals pulled hair.

I am Bull. I have a feeling that the cord on left left side might be stuck on something. I will try to get it out later once the family is gone.

It looks like the power cord is fine I can see it under the stove moving freely. Unless it is above the stove where I just had it coiled up but you would think it would just fall off.
This is driving me crazy here I just can't figure out why the &%# it will not come out.

I burned 70 bags and have yet to pull out my insert for a clean in prep for next seasons burn. I unlatched the unit more out of curiosity and the sucker is heavy, so will wait till Fall and pull out with the aid of my son. That said, I will keep in mind the cords when pushing it back. Good luck!

I finally figured it out and got it back out. When I installed the mounting frame I was not able to use the 1/2" Threaded Jack Bolts that go up and lock behind the lintel.
This was because I have an arch fireplace and the stones on the arch are facing the long way. There are another two holes for a mounting option but they are back to far.
What is happeing is that when I am pulling the stove out the top of the surround is pulling forward a little bit and binding up against the top of the stove. If they made the part
for the threaded jack bolts slotted you could slide it back and fourth to fit your particular situation then lock it in. I should have drilled two new holes to mount the bracket for the threaded
jack bolts in the right place but I obviously didn't know that this was going to happen. Now that I have all of the pipes in and siliconed I think it's going to be a big pain in the butt to do.
