Johnny, read this page, http://www.cga.ct.gov/2008/rpt/2008-R-0310.htm part way down is Ct law on OWB's. If you can't meet it, don't waste money trying to beat it. I know two people that tried & failed. With 3 small kids & a 60 hr work week, you sure you want to put up 6 cord of DRY wood for a gasser? Or 10 to 12 cord if you wind up with the owb route? I think your wife has some good points..............
